A mobile app for rugged Android barcode scanners: receiving, transfers, blind physical counts and regulatory holds, integrated with an existing warehouse system through its own stored procedures.

A touch-first register for a retail store: scale-label barcodes, Puerto Rico IVU sales tax (state + municipal), and end-of-day posting to the ERP through its official import.

Took over an unfinished e-commerce build from another team and took it live: catalog, checkout and online payments, special orders, shipment receiving, pickup verification, AI photo capture of product details and accounting sync.

You get a short written spec — scope, decisions, open questions — and a written quote before any work starts.

The build is split into phases, and every phase ends with something you can actually run and use.

Each phase is checked against your real records and workflows, then handed over with setup notes.

Pricing

How pricing works

No packages or surprise fees. Every engagement is quoted in writing, in US dollars (USD), before work begins.

Fixed-price projects

For well-defined builds: a fixed price per project, based on the written spec, with payment milestones tied to delivered phases.

Hourly consulting & support

For consulting, troubleshooting, network work and ongoing support: an hourly rate stated in your quote, billed for time actually worked.

Secure online payment

Invoices can be paid online by card through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by me.
