Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Jose D. Fernandez (“I”) collects through pinkymotinioso.com and how it is used. The short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to answer you and do the work, and I never sell it.

What I collect

• What you type in the contact form: your name, email address, optional company and phone, the service you picked and your message.
• Technical details of the form submission: your IP address and browser type, used only to spot and block spam.
• Emails you send me directly, and the information needed to quote, deliver and invoice the work if you become a client.

What this site does not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
• The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (English/Spanish), kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to me.
• No database: form submissions are delivered to my email inbox and are not stored on the website.

How I use it

To reply to your request, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services you hire me for, send invoices, and meet legal and tax obligations. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts this website and processes requests to it (including standard server logs).
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
• Stripe processes card payments for invoices. Card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy; I never see or store full card numbers.

How long I keep it

Messages and project records are kept for as long as needed to answer you, deliver the work and keep business and tax records, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (except records I must keep by law) by emailing josedfernandez@gmail.com.

Children

This site and its services are meant for businesses and adults, not for children under 13.
